DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION

The design and construction partners share offices with Caymus and provide developer design and construction services to Caymus on an exclusive basis in the local market. Caymus has partnered with Kansas City management leader MC Realty. MC has formed a new business unit with Caymus to provide property management services on an exclusive basis for Caymus properties. The new venture will also participate with Caymus development personnel in making value add and investment decisions regarding the Caymus portfolio.



CONSULTING
Utilizing all of the foregoing disciplines, Caymus provides a wide range of real estate consulting services to commercial building and land owners, financial institutions and institutional investment groups. Included in these services will be highest and best use studies for potential sites, repositioning efforts for existing products and due diligence and forensic analysis for distressed and foreclosure assets.
