Utilizing all of the foregoing disciplines, Caymus provides a wide range of real estate consulting services to commercial building and land owners, financial institutions and institutional investment groups. Included in these services will be highest and best use studies for potential sites, repositioning efforts for existing products and due diligence and forensic analysis for distressed and foreclosure assets.
